Job description

As Director Germany, you will be responsible for ABN Cleanroom Technology’s development in the German area. Since its foundation, ABN Cleanroom Technology has been committed to developing innovative cleanroom concepts where modularity and pre-engineering are key values. With this innovative approach, we consistently deliver the best quality in the field of cleanroom technology. Not only in terms of reliability, but also in terms of durability and performance. Since our Director Germany will represent ABN Cleanroom Technology throughout Germany, you deeply believe in our pre-engineering approach and are willing to spread it across Germany.

Your responsibilities

  • As Director Germany, you are responsible for expanding our business in Germany. With support from our HQ in Belgium, you will transform our company into a well-known name in the German cleanroom world.
  • As general supervisor, you will deal with all primary processes ranging from supply chain management and HR, to sales and business development. It’s all your responsibility.
  • You function as a linking pin between our HQ in Belgium and all our business activities in Germany.
  • You detect new business opportunities in line with our pre-engineered cleanroom solutions and you show initiative to challenge our stakeholders such as partners and customers in order to achieve the very best result.
  • You understand the benefits of an ecosystem and you know how to use your ecosystem adequately and quickly.

Your DNA & qualifications

  • You have a very well understanding of the German cleanroom environment.
  • You act and think on a Master level and hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Dipl. Ing.), meaning that you possess great analytical skills.
  • You are familiar with the German cleanroom industries in which we operate (micro-electronics, automotive, life sciences, pharma,...)
  • You are a great team leader: you show leadership without losing sight of the team spirit.
  • The German language is your mother tongue, and your command of English is excellent.
  • You have at least 5 years experience in managing a division of an international company.
